Your 100-night trial begins the day your mattress is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll have it picked up and issue a refund. (Awesome, right?)

We do ask all customers to spend at least 21 nights on their mattress before starting a return or exchange so their bodies have enough time to adjust to Purple's unique feel + support!

If there's something wrong with your mattress, we'll replace it for up to 10 years, starting from the date of original purchase. 

This warranty is valid only if the purchaser uses the product for personal consumer use. The warranty no longer applies after any resale, whether new or used. Original, dated proof of purchase by the original purchaser; official warranty document; and law tags are required to make a warranty claim.

Get your mattress shipped straight to you at no extra cost – with complimentary white-glove delivery available on select mattresses. If you don’t love your mattress, just contact a Sleep Genius to confirm eligibility and arrange a return.  

To be eligible for a return, you must be within the 100-night trial period and have had the mattress for at least 21 days; the mattress must also be clean and undamaged. You will be refunded the full mattress price minus the value of any discount, interest accrued, and transportation charges.

Our 100% nontoxic GelFlex Grid material is CleanAir GOLD and CertiPUR-US certified – as is our high-density polyurethane foam. The top GOLD rating from Intertek, a third-party quality assurance company, confirms that certified products will reduce health risks related to chemical exposure and meet the standards of other agencies promoting minimal VOC exposure. Purple products won’t produce strong off-gassing; at most, there may be a faint “new mattress smell” at first that comes off as nutty or woodsy, but should quickly fade.
